Salon PMS Policies

Due to scheduling demands, Salon PMS, has a strictly maintained appointment Policy.

We recommend making appointments for all services. However, last minute availability is always possible. Please don't hesitate to call on the spur of the moment.

We value and respect your time.
We appreciate that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late will cut into your allotted appointment time. The service will be completed in the remaining time and be charged the full value of the service.

For all pre-scheduled appointments, we will require a major credit card to guarantee against late cancellations. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours (single appointments) and 48 hrs (multiple appointments) prior to your appointment to avoid penalty fees.

Appointments changed or canceled in any part with less than 24/48 hours notice will be charged the full value of the appointment(s). Tuesday appointments need to be cancelled by Saturday 12:00pm (noon)

Parking
Please anticipate parking delays during peak times such as lunch, and weekends.

Method of Payment
We gladly accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and cash. Sorry we do not accept checks.

Accompaning Guest
Salon PMS is prized for its' one on one private environment. Our goal is to focus all our attention on your needs, for this reason we do not allow guest to wait will you are recieving a treatment.

Children and the Salon environment
While we love children, for their safety and yours, please do not bring them with you. Children are not allowed into the treatment room and cannot be left unattended; they must be supervised at all times. Remember there are many things in a salon that are deemed harmful for a child, we want them to stay healthly.
